Russell Van Beustring

Russell Van Beustring is the founder of the Law Office of Russell Van Beustring, P.C., which represents clients in bankruptcy proceedings, identity theft, credit bureau litigation, and debt settlement.  A native of Texas, Mr. Van Beustring is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and is a frequent speaker for both the American and Houston Bar Associations, where he teaches young attorneys about bankruptcy, credit reporting issues, and identity theft.  In addition, he frequently appears on local NBC, ABC, CBS, and Fox affiliates to discuss credit reporting and personal finance issues. 

Mr. Van Beustring has served as president and vice chair of the American Bar Association's Bankruptcy Section, vice chair of the Law and Media Section, editor-in-chief of the Bankruptcy Law Committee's newsletter, and co-editor of News and Views, which is distributed by the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
